Picture

The National American Woman Suffrage Association(N.A.W.S.A) was created from two associations that were always rivals: The The National Woman’s Suffrage Association and The American Woman Suffrage Association. Once beginning her career with women's suffrage, Shaw joined N.A.W.S.A and became president. She held her position as president for 11 years(1904-1915) and was also the speaker for N.A.W.S.A.
 A Fact About N.A.W.S.A:
The N.A.W.S.A ribbon was used all the time while woman's suffrage was popular. Some people even wore fabric with the slogan "Vote For Women" around theirselves like a sash!
The picture above is of all the members of N.A.W.S.A, including Anna Howard Shaw
